Hey Jay, Good advice. Those are the two most important new home inspections. Specifically the pre drywall inspection is of the utmost importance. Once it's all covered up it's a little hard to check. How are things going with Home inspections for you? I believe you cover Bristow and all of Northern Virginia don't you?
