Bull's Eye Pattern
This is the Bull's Eye pattern typical of a broken window seal in a double pane window. As the Argon gas dissipates, pressure increases inside the window the panes are pulled together. These are actually touching! Andersen had problems with windows manufactured between 1989 - 1993. They agreed to fix this window, and hundreds of thousands of other ones. They did so by drilling a hole into the top of the sash, relieving the pressure, re-inserting Argon gas and filling the hole with caulking. The repair works perfectly.
